Short-story writing: She has written a multitude of short-stories in Hindi, which again resonate the itsy-bitsys of life, albeit wrapped in a literary semblance.

Interesting and vivid to read, the stories weave around the sub-urban life of the sixties.

Many of her stories are routinely published on some of the well known Hindi web-portals, as well in the Hindi vernacular press: Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, Punjab Kesari, Kadambini, etc.

Acting: She has had a part time 'occupation' for more than a decade acting in Television serials.

Her's was a popular face on the small-box in what was still the era of Doordarshan - the Eighties. She was a known player on the Jalandhar Doordarshan Serials and Plays circuit, what with more than forty shows under her belt. She acted in a few plays for Delhi Doordarshan, and also had a brush with acting on the stage (Theatre), a Movie, and the Punjabi cable channels.
